Every child has a born ability to learn, and in addition to the language skill we often teach to them, they will also have great imitation to learn interesting things around them. I still remember the "Biliterate and Trilingual Cooking" activity held during the pandemic, from coordinating to on-site cooking, being completely unfamiliar with everything to being able to cook and eatable, everything was hard-earned, but full of fun! From the youngest four years old boy, standing in front of the vegetable stall, to now eight years old, he still keeps asking us when we will have the funny "Biliterate and Trilingual Cooking" activity again! What's more, during the activity, they usually discussed the division of labour without realizing any reason for their “partner choice”. Through observing the children who are growing up now, I often think about how to organize and improve this meaningful activity again. Well, let’s plan and use this 2026 summer vacation to make another one for those long-awaited children!
